Jump for Life 2011

As you have seen below, the school we support is in desperate need of help.  The classrooms are wooden, & cramped & we have been doing our best to help keep the rain & the flood waters out. There are now 500 children at the school & we desperately want to build a brick school for the children.  The size of the land is tiny, as is common for an urban slum area so we need to build a storied building to give the children the space they need to learn.  We have just received the our exam results for our oldest children who finished in Dec.  We have received 7 Firsts, which is the highest grade you can get, along with 22 Seconds. This is an amazing achievement from a school based in a slum community & is a credit to all the support you have given us.
We are getting so close to being able to build the brick school.  If you have ever wanted to do a skydive, please join us in August for Jump for Life, if you can't think of anything worse, please tell your friends & sponsor someone who is jumping.  This will hopefully be the final push we need to hit our target of £60,000. we have been saving for 2 years now...........lets hope Jump for Life will help us finally give these amazing kids the brick school the deserve!
