Last Sunday the children at Ndeeba Primary held their Graduation Day. This is where the children from the Nursery Section graduate to go to 'big school'! It is the most fantastic day & the highlight of the childrens school year! A friend of mine, Simon who helped us 2 1/2 years ago with putting up nets at the original Kiro Kabowa School was also back in Uganda & was invited along with his girlfriend Lou to also come as guests of honour! The school year is about to end & the children are about to have their long school holiday before starting the new school year at the end of January 2011.
Part of the presentation, you must place the hat on their heads before they receive their certificate.
