It was a great challenge to swim in the Channel, Lake Geneva & The Med all in one day, but Chris did it & we are so proud of what he has achieved & for the money he has raised for our mosquito net programme!  Thank you!!  In his own words!!

Wow, young Josef Graves really did do something amazing last week, he climbed Mount Snowdon in Wales & today his fundraising stands at £1519.  What an amazing achievment for such a young man, a truly inspiring feat & we are so grateful to him for the kindness & support & THOUGHT he has shown to children in Uganda.

Countdown to the Row for Life

So here I am all back on the Isle of Wight to begin the countdown to the 

2010 Row for Life in St Thomas Square, Newport  

FRIDAY 25TH JUNE-SUNDAY 27TH JUNE

Its very exciting as the Event of the Year!! gets underway, we have some great teams, ranging from GKN, IWCC, Fitness Factory, Shanklin Rowing Club, Newport Rowing Club, West Wight Basketball Team plus several ACDT teams that will be rowing the 800,000 metres non stop for 52 hours!

Young Josef Graves is finally about to start his adventure climbing Mount Snowdon in Wales tomorrow, the 4th June.  We wish him lots of luck & are very proud of the fundraising achievements of this very courageous 6 year old boy who has chosen to do this to raise money for mosquito nets for children in Uganda!
